Here are some of the planned Settle Woods Community events.

  • ***Rescheduled HOA Board Meeting Open Discussion, August 5, 8:00 PM

    The HOA Board Zoom Meeting, open discussion, that was advertised in the Newsletter for July 22, had an incorrect meeting ID. We sincerely apologize for the mistake. We are rescheduling the zoom meeting for August 5 at 8:00 PM.

  • **The 2025 Settle Woods Annual Picnic will be held on October 19 starting at 2:00 PM, followed by the Annual HOA meeting.

    The Settle Woods Annual Picnic for 2025 will be held on Sunday, October 19, at 2:00 PM. (HOA dues must be current to attend the picnic.You can pay your delinquent HOA dues at the picnic\meeting.)

  • **The 2025 Annual Settle Woods Community HOA Meeting will held on October 19 following the Annual Picnic which starts at 2:00 PM.

    Once a year we have our Annual Settle Woods Community HOA Meeting where we go over the HOA budget, discuss issues in the neighborhood, and vote in the HOA Board Members. This would normally take place during the Annual Picnic. (HOA dues must be current to attend and vote at the HOA Annual Meeting. You can pay your delinquent HOA dues at the picnic\meeting.)

  • The Settle Woods Bonfire for 2022 was held on December 10th.

    In late December we have a Bonfire, sing Christmas carols, and roast hotdogs and marshmallows.

  • Mosquito Spraying

    Mosquito Spraying for the remainder of 2024 will be on Fridays, weather permitting.
