    Payments not received by 30 April,

    2026 will incur a 9% late fee each

    month the due isn’t paid. All checks

    sent after April 30, 2026 should be

    made for the following amount:

    May 1 - May 31: $111.00

    June 1 - June 30: $120.99

    July 1 - July 30: $131.87

    Aug 1 - Aug 31: $143.73

    Sep 1 - Sep 30: $156.66

    Oct 1 - Oct 31: $170.75

    Nov 1 - Nov 30: $186.11

    Dec 1 – Dec 30 $202.85

    ** and so forth until paid.

  • Fees

    The HOA does not charge any document or transfer fee for home sales or refinancing.

  • Paying Dues

    Paying your HOA dues on time helps keep cost and effort to a minimum, the annual dues are only $101.85. The Settle Woods HOA board members are all volunteers (they are not paid), homeowners that are delinquent in paying their dues cost the HOA additional expense and create addition work for the all volunteer board members.
