HOA Dues

The Settle Woods HOA annual dues if paid before March 15 is $92.40, if paid after March 15 there is a 9% late fee of $8.31 that is added to the dues.

All checks sent after March 15 should be made out in the amount of $100.71.

The HOA does not charge any document or transfer fee for home sales or refinancing.

Paying your HOA dues on time helps keep cost and effort to a minimum, the annual dues are only $92.40. The Settle Woods HOA board members are all volunteers (they are not paid), homeowners that are delinquent in paying their dues cost the HOA additional expense and create addition work for the all volunteer board members.
