Welcome to the Settle Woods Homeowners Association website.

The Settle Woods Homeowners Association is made up of its homeowners and the Board that serves this community.

Membership into any homeowners association by a residential buyer is a condition of purchase into the community where that HOA exists; a buyer isn’t given an option to reject it. They must pay assessments and all people living in the purchased homes must abide by the association’s governing documents.

Board members volunteer their time to this community, act ethically and in accordance with their responsibilities and pay the full amount of dues.

You can become involved with the HOA in order to have a voice in the decisions being made by attending the annual meetings or by attending the events where you can talk with your board and community members face-to-face. We welcome you with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a part of our growing membership. We are always looking for community-based volunteers as well.
